“Love liquid types of eyeliner and was very excited about black navy colour. What a disaster!! I applied a thin line. As soon as I fully opened my eye, it had transferred to the crease. When I blinked it transferred under my eye. The colour was more aqua than navy and I seriously thought I was never going to get it off. I used 3 different removers and had to scrub. I threw it out.”
