“This 2 star rating is only for the product, NOT for Cosmetic Capital. I usually use L'Oreal telescope mascara, but I bought this one to try. Very disappointed with the product, already threw it away. Because it smudges on the lower lids SO EASILY. L'oreal telescope mascara does not have this problem.”

“I wanted to like this mascara. The tube is so sleek and cool and the brush is a bristle brush with a classic tapered shape although I would have preferred a slightly bigger brush, but it was easy to get in to do all my lashes top and bottom. The formula is not a volumizing as I would normally wear, but it was good for an everyday type mascara, it went on smoothly, held the curl and didn't clump. That was where the goodness ended however. Within a couple hours the mascara began transferring to my upper and lower lids. I do have hooded eyes, but I have never had this happen before. I tried it on several occasions, with various undereye concealer, powders, eyeshadows, etc, still it transferred. I looked as if I had slept in it. Amazingly enough, for all the transfer, when it came time to remove the mascara, I couldn't get it all off. I thought I had it all removed (I always use a makeup remover towel, then cleanse) but the next morning there would be traces of mascara on my undereye.”
