“Let’s start with the packaging…swoon. Deep, rich colours with gold text, it’s giving luxe vibes. The cleanser is in a stand up tube with a flip cap which is always a win. No mess, no fuss dispensing, maximum use of product at end of tube, can stand to store easily. ✅
The texture is creamy and rich. It lathers up well on damp skin although is low foam so easy to apply. It feels like it cleanses deeply, yet it doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped which is great.

The moss extract works to help with smoothness, firmness and elasticity, while the bakuchiol is natures answer to retinol and that gets to work on evening skin tone, while the burdock root and nettle extracts help to purify and firm. Miss Moss has certainly put some time and thought into the composition of this product and it shows. I felt that my combination skin, with some signs of aging and unevenness, really showed signs of improvement in tone and smoothness.

“I love how gentle this cleanser is on my skin. I have normal to dry skin and I find a lot of cleansers can be drying and stripping on my skin and this leads to my skin feeling tight and uncomfortable.
But this cleanser leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. Despite being gentle on the skin, the cleanser is effective in removing any dirt, impurities, sunscreen and makeup. Although, when wearing waterproof mascara, I've found it best to use an eye makeup remover first.”

I'm a fan of a cleanser that leaves that squeaky clean feeling and for this didn't do it. The moisture injection left a film, which makes me feel like there's trapped dirt. That being said I didn't notice any negatives in my skin having used it for a good amount of time.
I would purchase the complete range to see how they compliment each other.

“I was lucky enough to be chosen to test this Cosmoss face cleanser. I used this twice a day morning and night and was lovely. It was lightly scented just a hint of fragrance which was perfect for my sensitive skin. It left my skin soft and smooth and not dry at all. One thing I noticed that my skin reduced it is usual amount of redness that I usually get so I really believe it had great calming properties. I have now changed to using this as my normal skin cleanser now too. The consistency was not too thin but not too thick which is what I prefer. What I also loved about this product is that it also removes make up so I didn’t need a separate make up remover.
My skin is sensitive so not all products suit my skin but this one did not react at all and I really enjoyed using this product.
The box and the actual packing was very luxurious which was great. I have already recommended to my friends!

“I have been really pleasantly surprised by this Cosmoss face cleanser. Some celebrity skincare products are overpriced and underdelivered but not this one. On first impressions the packaging is beautiful and screams luxury with the choice of colour and gold foiling. It clearly states on the box the ethos of the brand, how the product will make you feel and why the ingredients were chosen and what they will do for your skin. On opening the box the cleanser comes in a green tube and the same gold writing. The cleanser itself is unscented which is great for sensitive skin. It's white in colour and has a cream cleanser feel to it. I really liked the fact it was white as its easier to see where you have put it! You apply to damp skin and work it in in small circles. It melts into the skin beautifully and has a good amount of slip to work it in without dragging on the skin. I found it is best to do 2 cleanses with it to remove make up fully. The first cleanse helps lift stubborn waterproof mascara but the 2nd cleanse removes any last traces. My skin is fairly well balanced and this left my skin feeling hydrated and supple. It left no dryness or tight feeling on the skin and my skin and eyes never felt inflamed or irritated after use. As it is a luxury product it will have a higher price point which for a cleanser that you wash off can be hard to justify but it is a really lovely product that you won't be disappointed using but if cost is a factor and limitation then I would say save your pennies.”
