“Seller shipped the wrong product, which was for a costume for a close friend's wedding. I notified the seller as soon as I received the product, which was a week before the wedding, and the seller indicated that a replacement would not arrive in time and that I would need to pay expedited shipping to get it in time. When I indicated that I should not have to pay additional funds to correct the seller's error, the seller refunded the purchase price instead of footing the cost of shipping the replacement. Luckily, I was able to purchase a replacement from another seller, and it did arrive in time. Had it not, my costume would have been incomplete and I would have embarrassed my friend at her own wedding.”
