“The bus is lovely but I was disappointed that the driver was not included. I do not think this was made clear enough. The bus can be bought with driver included on other websites for an extra five pounds but Boris the driver is not available separately anywhere. I wish I had spent the extra five pounds to get the complete article elsewhere.”

We are really happy you are pleased with the London Bus, it has been a best seller for many years :) Unfortunately Le Toy Van removed Borris the Budkin almost 2 years ago now and he is not included in the London Bus toy. Other companies may still have some old stock or more likely their imagery is incorrect.. However you are not just limited to budkins, Sylvanian families can be used and any other scaled figure will be a welcome customer aboard the bus :) We hope this info is useful to you. “Product was fine but I feel the web page implied it was a locally sourced (designed in the UK) product by this I assumed it was made in the UK but it was made in Indonesia, consequently I was a little disappointed about this, had the product description mentioned this on the webpage I would not have purchased the item”
