“Beautiful dress arrived with the back seam misaligned. In order to fix this defect one would need to remove the zipper from both lining and dress and restitch from the bottom of the hip to the neck. The company encouraged me to keep the dress and they would provide instructions on how to do this. This seemed far too time consuming and challenging so I opted to return the dress for another one. Because the waist felt tight along with the exchange I decided to go up a size. BUT, I have yet to receive a credit back to my charge card. So I have received two dresses from Couture Candy, one with a sewing defect and one with a stain from either lipstick or nailpolish. To date I have nothing to show for my financial investment in two dresses. Nothing to wear and a damaged dress in my possession that they will not accept back because I exceeded 24 hours to notify them of the damage”
