“This gown is beautiful and true to size chart. It came with a back zipper not a side zipper as described. It turns out this is the new style of the dress. The gathering is beautiful in the front and back and the jewel cuffs are very pretty. The back zipper is a little tricky and the pull is vey tiny, I could not do this dress up myself. May change out the zipper? Customer Service was very helpful and I was offered 10% off due to the wrong description and the flimsy zipper. I would have no issues ordering from this company again, they were wonderful in solving my issues.”
