“What I love the most about CPAP Direct is the way you have packaged the mask you sent me, it was in a little box with styrofoam beans, my mask came to me undamaged, I have ordered from CPAP NSW in the past they just put my mask in a plastic envelope and my mask was damaged when it arrived and made a high pitched whistle when I tried to use it and then they wouldn't replace it and said that if I wanted to replace it I had to come into the store with my CPAP machine so I travelled 3 hours by public transport (because my car was in getting fixed). Being disabled that was not easy, having to deal with stairs, I have to take them one at a time. Not all train station have lifts. LOVE CPAP DIRECT”
