Very disappointed! After using for several weeks ZERO change or improvement in my health There are statements claiming improvement in quality of sleep waking feeling rested- not true still wake with headaches (even more so as the force of air pressure into my nasal cavities caused great discomfort and took twice as long to fall asleep Still wake with sore throat still waking tired still feeling unrested adding to you have to try stay conscious about the tube so it disrupts sleep when you try turn onto your side

This has been a game-changer. So much better than previous cpap machines for ease of use and much lower maintenance. Some might find it a little louder than other machines, however this doesn't bother me. No longer a "feature" of the decor - just the way I like it!

This is a mixed review The unit itself is wonderful Not quite as good or quiet as my Philips Dream Station except for the fact that there is Philips recall due to health concerns … and I have wanted a travel CPAP for a while too However The P10 nose pillow mask and the HumidX ‘system’ is absolute rubbish It is so bad that I have ordered an adapter and hose so that I can use my usual one that I was happy with the Philips The adapter & hose has not arrived yet so I have gone back to using the Philips Dream Station even though this may not be the healthiest choice It is crap! The P10 nose mask is very uncomfortable and quite noisy where the HumidX cartridges go - it leaks But perhaps the worse part is condensation pools where the cartridges go This means that when I move from sleeping on my side to on my back the drops of condensation trickles down my nose! It Is Horrible!!!! Unfortunately it seems that due to the recall and lack of choice due to this I have no choice to go back to my Philips Dreamstation At least I can get a good nights sleep! A petter system for the Air Mini is forget the HumidX cartridges and use generic tubing so that the customer has the choice of mask WTC BUT also the Air Mini should cater for a heated tubing. That way the condensation gan evaporate inside the tubing and humidity is supplied!

Great unit, compact, effective, still very quiet. Sure you pay top money but its a top product. Only negative is that you need to unplug the power unit to actually turn it off completely. With my Resmed Airsense 10 unit you can hold down power button and it turns off.

I am so very happy with my new travel cpap. Not only the size, but no more humidifier and it reacts faster than previous machine. And I love using the phone app. I would've rated value for money higher but they are all over priced. But it was nice and easy to get it all in one kit.
