“The unit does not stay connected to or reconnect to blue-tooth hence the phone. You have to unplug or switch off then turn back on again at night to reconnect to the blue-tooth. This will eventually wear the connection points in the unit. There is considerable noise at the elbow of the hose end that connects to the mask, even at low pressure. It is NOT air coming out of around the mask or going through the humidifier. I suggest that it is the sharp elbow. My Air 10 does NOT emit the same noise as the elbow is not as sharp.”
