“The reason for the low rating is this seller insisted on a signature for the item. The item was small with a cost of $25 and clearly was not a theft risk and could easily have been left on our verandah.
By insisting on a signature it required an unnecessary trip to a local post office. That was difficult because I work away from my home suburb and it is a time of COVID-19.”
