“When you buy the starter pack that has a Small Medium and Large pillows, you don't know which size is best for you but it makes you choose before you get the sizes. I downloaded the size chart and printed it to the exact correct size and it said i needed a small, so I chose a small as the extra free pillows. But when I got the kit the Medium is better and I didn't know until I got the starter kit. Maybe it should be a voucher to get a free additional Cushion/Pillows that you can use once you know which size is correct for you.”
