“I changed from using a resmed swift fx to the airfitP30i, the P30 allows better movement and sleeping positions. Also the swift fx would blow air on your arm/hands or under the sheets from the nose vent, not good on a cold night, the P30 does not do this. Claims of the P30 being quieter may be true for your partner, but for the user it's about the same as the swift fx as you hear air noise in the side tubes, nothing to keep you awake though. Overall a worthwhile although not cheap upgrade.”
