“Personally this product was so uncomfortable to wear , along with CPAP , it felt way too much on head , it kept me awake and I persisted but have decided that you cannot wear this strap as well as your CPAP mask, way too much and uncomfortable. If you just had to wear the strap with no CPAP then I’m sure you would get use to it, but thumbs down for me.”
