“I rated this 4 star. It’s a great machine and very quiet. I enjoy using it and it has improved my sleep quality greatly. I used to use the other brand that has been recalled recently. However sometimes the machine does not turn on straight away. When I press start there are occasywhere it takes about 1 minute for it to function I called the company that sold it and left a message with the call centre. But no one called back. I wrote to Fisher and Paykell about the machine and the Evora Mask but not response. They can do better with customer service. If service is not something you care then this machine is really a good machine to purchase. Because when it works it’s a great machine.”
