“I love this gin. It's hard to describe, not in any way 'fishy' but definitely more savoury than sweet which I prefer in a gin. Worth a try if you're looking for something unique.”

“One of the most creative and tasty gins I have ever tasted. The combination of Oysters and Gin sounds intriguing and potentially even off-putting, but it works really well. Of course, it is not the actual oyster but the empty shells that are used in the process and this provides a faint, back-taste that works really, really well with the other botanicals. I thoroughly recommend you try this one.”
