“I bought the Performance Pack which is a combo of the bottle and takeaway single dose packets. I have incredibly bad muscle cramps even though I drink 2-3 lites of water a day, exercise, take vitamins and electrolytes. I have tried pickle juice and magnesium. Nothing works. When I do Pilates, the cramps are at their worst. I just point my toes and they stick like that. It is highly irritating and slightly painful. CrampFix eased the cramping a bit, but I still get some cramps, so it doesn’t fix it completely. It does help.”
