“upon recommendation from my nephew (who used a sample) purchased a flip lid bottle at UTA. UTA is a bad time for period cramps but a few squirts fix that up. in the later stages of the 22km i started to cramp in the thighs from the stairs and a again gone in no time. highly recommend to keep in your run kit and ladies its a life saver for period pain”

“I have always been a strong sceptic of instant cramp remedies. Having had cramps limit my results in a couple of IRONMAN races I decided to give Crampfix a go in the three peaks challenge falls creek. Cramped quite badly on Mount Hotham and again on the back of Falls Creek. Both times I had a shot of Crampfix, both times the cramps were completely gone in under two minutes. Saved my day. Now I won't be doing any big events without a couple of shots in my pocket.”
