“A tasty little treat with carb and caffeine, it's a much nicer alternative to a gel before starting that morning session. I am enjoying these before those longer sessions, be it 3 hours on the bike or a marathon. Had one on the weekend before my 70.3 and it sits well in the stomach, tastes great and gives that little pep to the start of the day. Highly recommended.”
