“The soft squeeze bottle has made such a difference to my marathon training. Being able to sip on nutrition without any belts and bottles is so much easier. It fits nicely into your hand and is no bother. Watermelon flavour is my absolute me flavour.”

“I have tried this on my long runs in training for GC Marathon 23. The flavours appeal to me even though I don’t usually like the taste of artificial flavours. They are light and not cloying like most gels. I found one sachet mixed in 500 mls of water gave me enough fuel for 2 hour runs without any additional gels. For this reason I’m buying a bulk pack and will keep using it in my training and on event day.”
