“Awesome starters pack. If you’re unsure about using these products or new to long distance running or both (like me). I found this pack to be super helpful as a trial to see how your body reacts. Personally found it great to use on long distance runs and flavours pretty great too. Highly recommend”

“I bought this pack as a trial for my nutrition and hydration plan for the GCM22 42.2 km. I will admit that the tropical fruits flavour was not my favourite; overly sweet for my palette, tasting like salty fruit tingles. I did like the pear flavour, with the sourness cutting nicely through the sweetness. Lemon lime flavour had a very traditional electrolyte taste. After a season of trail running I like the idea of continuous hydration and nutrition. It makes for a smoother run. I am not sure I fancy carrying everything with me from the start for a marathon though. If I make use of Fixx at the 5 km refreshment stations, at my pace I calculate I will need to supplement with one gel every hour. Could work.”
