“I received a free sample and was surprised how good they are. I take one at a time and it’s a perfect dose for me. Takes about half an hour to start kicking in so I would recommend that you take 1/2 to start and wait at least half an hour to an hour before taking more to determine your tolerance.”

Just like everybody else has said, these are great for relaxing at the end of the day.
They take 1-2 hours to start working, then you feel "stuck" for a few hours, then tired.
At least that how it affects me.
