“I used to teach high school. Six different Family and Consumer Science each day. Go home and take care of family, house, grade papers and get materials ready for next day. I’d fall exhausted into bed and sleep solid. I retired and though I’m active, I have pretty strong sleep issues now. I began to make canna butter and it works great but is a pain to make. I decided to try these and they are working pretty well. I take one at about 10 while I’m getting ready for bed, read for an hour or so and I usually only wake up once but can go right back to sleep. Love them. The only personal issue I have is that I’m an IF-er and I’m hoping being under 50 cal each-they won’t break my fast. Wasn't expecting what I experienced.
I ate a whole gummy without hesitation , about 40minutes after sitting on the couch ,my got light headed, then cold sweats ,I had a blood pressure band near me and was reading 123 over 43
WOW , so I checked it again
115 over 38 .
I tried to grab my phone ,I was going to call a friend to come over and watch me.
But I suddenly felt somewhat immobile.
I Feel asleep it was around 540pm and awoke around 930
House was dark ,so I went off to bed ,I had not slept that good in years .
Going to cut then in half ,and try again tonight .
