“I love these. I wanted to start off small. They help so much with giving me energy ( take a half of a gummy ) or the entire gummy so I can sleep at night. I will say these are definitely worth it!”
“These are rather mellow, but you can still feel them. Good for helping you get to sleep... 2 hours after you take them. I wonder why they didn't make them 6 mg (since the next size up is 12 mg - which are a bit strong until you cut them in half - rendering them 6 mg)?”
