“Hard to get the perfect fit when you're a woman in a men's boot. Unfortunately, if you want the higher end rando gear, there is no women's specific sizing. Boots are light, cuff walk mode is incredibly light, and you feel complete freedom in walk mode. The range of motion is amazing. The cuff feels pretty stiff when in locked mode. The foot area feels sloppy for a narrow foot, and wish the ratchet system had a higher placement on the foot, as it can irritate that bone on the top of your foot, which maybe others don't have. Overall, pretty happy with fit, and performance, but will have to work on some customizations to reduce blisters and instep sloppiness. What you shed in weight, you're losing in downhill performance, but I realize its very specialized equipment and nothing close to the fit or performance of a 3-4 buckle AT boot, and didnt expect it to be as such.”
