“I've tried all the second-tier boots on the market and these have been the best by a long shot. The cuff height is on par with the Aliens, resulting in great power transfer. The heel throw mechanism is brilliantly designed. It can be engaged underneath your cuffs which adds some additional protection from snow/ice buildup. Finally, the grilamid shell is built on a roomy, forgiving last and is highly moldable in the hands of a capable boot tech should further tweaking be required. It's the full package: price, weight and performance.”
