“Nice reed, would happily play on a KGE reed from here again. However, it took around two weeks for the reed to come. The website said it would be around three days and other competitors (such as Howarth) delivered reeds in no more than three days. Nonetheless, nice reed.”
“Thank you to (newly discovered) Crook and Staple for excellent service. I ordered mid afternoon and my reeds arrived (all the way to the Isle of Man!) next morning. Three out of 4 were playable with little or no adjustment, a record I think. One was used in two concerts the next week and performed beautifully!”
