and a revolution! It's far and away the best reed I have ever used, and
the only thing wrong with it is the eye-watering price. From a
value-for-money point of view it will have to last a looooong time.

“I find this reed very easy to play and always the same - whatever the weather. It doesn't need soaking but plays straightaway. I think the tone does warm up a little with use. I found it slightly more nasal in tone than the best cane reeds, but I'm prepared to put up with that for the other benefits.”
