“I like the gold staple, but sadly the reed is far from 'professional', in my view: the scrape is too short and too thin. I would like to try the gold staple with a KGE Prof German scrape!”
“Used them for the first time. Used the chat function that worked well. Ordered 6 reeds and they came quickly which was great. All reeds were good appart from 1 reed which I wanted to return. They have agreed to exchange the reed if I return it. My only criticism was the return process; I was not sent a returns label to print off, and the returns are at my own expense. So the process could be better. I will use these folks again though….the windfield reeds are excellent”
