“Was promised delivery prior to Christmas. Told me it was sent.
After Christmas still nothing. Had to demand refund because nothing turned up and still hasn't in May. Got refund for product but not delivery charges.
Biggest scam of a company ever.”
“Was meant to be a Christmas gift, ordered start of December 2023 but not received until weeks after Christmas with no communication until I complained and my request to cancel order was refused. The ball just doesnt seem to bounce up from the net enough to play effectively, it falls 'dead' and kids can't get a decent game going. They have given up trying to play. May be better suited for older teens with more strength/force?”
“After waiting around 6 weeks for the Smashnet to arrive, unfortunately the quality is very poor. The frame is flimsy, adults cannot play this as an adult bouncing the ball on the net causes the net frame to bounce around and move. I wouldn't be recommending this to anyone, Sorry.”
