“I jumped online to buy one for my nephew for christmas. As soon as I clicked purchase, I realised I had ordered the wrong one. I wanted the water version. I IMMEDIATELY emailed to say that I had ordered the wrong one, could I please swap. It was weeks later I heard anything back, and the reply was, 'sorry, its already been shipped".... and that was it. no helpful suggestion or solution. Basical, too bad! I then emailed explaining that I had emailed immediately. Again, waited weeks for a reply, when I was told it could be returned, but the postage would be at my cost, which was quoted by the post office as $65. Won't be buying from here again. Have decided to keep the product as I don't want to pay the return postage, and not convinced I would get anything back!”
“My 4 children’s were grieving the sudden loss of their father a friend brought over the crossnet game and all their friends came and played for 5 days. Some of the parents joined. It brought laughter and some comfort during the worst time of our lives.
