“So so impressed with both the game and the awesome customer service! A few days before leaving for a beach vacation, I saw an ad for Crossnet and immediately wanted to order it, but was worried I wouldn't get it in time for my departure. They did everything they could and went so out of their way to make sure I got it in time. They even sent someone to go to their facility and put it in the mail on a day they were normally closed! I ordered it on a Friday evening, they shipped it out Saturday morning, and it arrived on my doorstep Monday! I had to pay an expedited shipping fee but I didn't mind at all and it was so worth it. So amazed at how personalized, friendly, and caring the customer service and staff were. I appreciated it so much. The game itself is so much fun! My friends and family played it constantly all throughout the trip. Whenever people walked by on the beach, they always asked us what we were playing and found it really cool. Also great value for the price! Poles were very sturdy and it stayed up during a few good wind storms. All in all, super fun game, great customer service! Thank you!”
