“This company has a good idea for a product, but it is criminally overpriced, and their customer service is terrible. I go to buy a 4 way volleyball net for Christmas for my family, it was about $150, and I thought that was expensive but that it was worth it, not thinking to look for it somewhere else. I make sure to select the "ON LAND" one and they even gave me a little picture before buying it as the "ON LAND" one. Then, 2 weeks later it shows up at my house, and it is the one for the water. I go to print the return reciept and it says that they only have a "2 WEEK RETURN PERIOD" which is ridiculous, the shipping to my house alone took 2 weeks. They even said on their website and when I was purchasing the item that it was a month long return period. So, I email customer service, and all they say was "We said that it was only a 2 week return period, you don't get a refund and can't send it back" (i'm paraphrasing but this was the just of what they were saying). So I send emails telling them that it was the wrong type of net, and they just blew me off and said it wasn't their fault, even though they are the ones who lied about the return time, and sent me the wrong one.
TLDR: They sent me the wrong product and lied about their return time, and have horrible customer service.”
