“I have used the product once so decided to put an order in for my Fiancee's birthday. Despite claims it would be delivered within the week, it took over 4 weeks to be delivered, missing my Fiancee's bithday. Called and emailed several times to seek advise and status update with no success, only empty promises. Only when i tried to cancel the order was any effort made and the product delivered - albeit too late. Refunding process was a nightmare and delay tactics rife. Never received full refund. Overall Customer Service is non-existant and full of empty promises and lies. I wouldn't purchase any product from them given the my expeience.”
