“You have to figure out a better way to avoid the C O N S T A N T tangling of the cords!! Every time I set this up for my kids it takes at least 20-30 min to detangle, no matter how carefully I took them down and stored them!! Each time I do this (which I try to avoid because it’s such a PITA) I think to myself that your company has to have heard this before and needs to rethink the design or material used for the cords. For people that want to travel with this to the beach or park, it cannot be just me that finds the cords impossible at times. Once it’s up and being used it’s great, but it makes me crazy to get to that point!”
“Bought this for my sons graduation party but the delivery was delayed and missed. Bought a generic version for the party. I reached out to Crossnet multiple times to cancel or return and got crickets. Att his this point the product still sits in the box delivered. But yet they send me emails asking for a review. Even after unsubscribing to their emails multiple times. So I am creating a full review and while your product my be great your custoer service sucks.”
“We absolutely love this game! Our entire family (kids now ages 11-14) has been playing for several years. My only suggestion would be to improve the durability of the net. We have had to buy a new game every summer because of the net ripping. Well worth the investment though! It’s our favorite summer game!!”
