“Smells divine. The applicator brush is so soft and luxe. Not overly drying. I have red hair and the powder is almost translucent and leaves no white residue like other dry shampoo products on the market. Highly recommend.”
“This dry shampoo is what convinced me to finally order from Crown Affair. I've had love/hate relationships with aerosol dry shampoos and could never find one that I really liked. They also irritated my scalp, even when I used "clean" ones. This dry shampoo is the first one that hasn't irritated my scalp!! It also smells amazing. It took me a few tries to figure out how much to use since it's different from a spray, but I realized I don't even need to apply a lot for it to be effective. For the formula alone, I'd give it 5 stars, but I'm leaving 4 because I think the packaging could be improved. It's beautiful, but can be a little difficult to use. It's hard to get the powder out without tapping it out onto the cap, but that can get messy. The brush also gets powdery since it rests on top of the dispenser. This is also random, but when I use the brush, it makes my hair static-y lol not sure if that's just me. Overall, I'd definitely repurchase this product even if there were no improvements made to the packaging.”
“This dry shampoo is exactly as advertised. I’ve never been a fan of aerosol dry shampoos because they make my scalp dry, but other non-aerosol dry shampoos feel too heavy and the applicators are always a mess. This dry shampoo is the exact opposite and solves every dry shampoo problem I’ve had in the past! The kabuki brush applicator ensures that product actually ends up in your hair, not on your face/clothing. The product smells wonderful as well, not too strong and just like the hair oil. After applying the product, my hair looks and feels clean with light volume, without being stiff or sticky. I love that I still want to touch my hair afterwards! Super easy to build on the product as well, meaning you could use it multiple days in a row without noticeable build up. This dry shampoo is a game changer, and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends and repurchasing when I run out!!”
“Smell is incredible. I switched over from aerosol, and really love the formula. Application will take some time getting used to, but I love that it makes my hair care something to focus on, rather than just deal with. The only thing I don't love is where to store the brush after the first use. It comes in the container, which isn't a problem as there is a piece of plastic that covers the holes that contains the dry shampoo. After the first use, where the brush sits, is where the powder will now sit once dispensed. I don't want to leave the brush on top of the container sitting out, because of dust, so this is something to consider, but I do recommend it still!”
