“Confession: I haven't owned a brush in over 10 years. I have what my husband calls "blessed" hair - thin, straight, black, so this was a first purchase in a long time. Honestly bought it because I'm probably not going to be able to get my hair cut for a while given COVID and thought I should take better care of my hair. The bristles of this brush are very firm and sharp, but running it through my hair was such a great, gentle feeling. I'm definitely going to enjoy brushing my hair again.”
“The bristles are a little tough for me. It could be because I'm used to a much softer brush, or it could be that I'm tender-headed. That said, it's gentle on my hair. When I got it a hole in the brush had empty bristles too, so that was a bit of a bummer considering the price of the brush and the hype.”

We wanted to give a little clarity to the missing bristle - the hole you are referencing is the way our brushes are manufactured, it is necessary to allow the correct pneumatic movement of the natural rubber pad. It also allows for better distribution of pressure evenly across the whole brush, ensuring a more delicate action on the scalp.
