I took my time reviewing the progress of your delivery. I can confirm your cufflinks have reached the local depot in the ACT on 30/10. However Australia Post is prioritising express post over standard post hence the delays.
I have reached out to our account manager to locate your parcel. Rest assured, it will be delivered to you ASAP. If ever this remains undelivered, we are happy to send out a replacement via express post.
