Hi Lynne, I'm very sorry for the poor experience. We sent the replacement via Star Track as it's currently the fastest option. Strange as the tracking showed it was delivered in the morning of 12th Jan (9:13 am) on time for your anniversary. Nevertheless, the original tie bar shouldn't have arrived broken. We will work hard to improve your experience the next time you shop with us. In the meantime, I have organised a partial refund.
