“Overall great price, customer service and quality. BUT the buttons fell off gradually/broke which was a bit annoying. I can ignore this though because besides that, this set has done my well with almost two years constant use. Recently swapped over to white and considering getting navy too! The linen is srsly that good!”

“I personally have two sets of this gorgeous linen for myself and have purchased multiple sets for clients (I am an interior designer) and every purchase has been seamless, easy and the product is fabulous. Soft and luxurious and they only get better with every wash.”

“I love the concept of your brand, supporting local business and the quality and price of your linen and delivery. But I have been disappointed by the flaky buttons. They are too light for the fabric, they break and don't look nice. Plus on another note the colour range could be expanded in the charcoal / black / grey / blue / tones. I have since bought sheets only from the linen shed and their colour range is comprehensive - I think your quality / feel is nicer though. Haven't bought their doona covers so can't compare button issue. All the best with your position and you can continue to rely on us as customers. Luise”

Our buttons are Mother of Pearl and quite delicate, so they are hand sewn quite loosely to prevent breakage, but I will definetely take this to our Production team for thoughtful consideration. “I purchased the Indigo cover set and wow it's is truly amazing. The colour is exactly what I thought it would be. It's very soft and such great quality. I'm am so extremely happy with this product and service. The delivery time was amazing too.”

“I bought the single set in white. Just wonderful to sleep with - I especially like how they are cool in summer and also warm in winter. I will say that I have been washing mine at 60 degrees (as an allergy sufferer) but I would probably not recommend this high wash temp for others as I think it reduces the lifetime of the product. Likewise with too much time in the tumble drier. Wonderful, wonderful product if you are not doing either of these things!”

“The duvet cover is beautifully made of soft, high quality linen. The only issue is the lack of inner ties to ensure the duvet stays in place within the cover. Without these ties the duvet slips around inside and I'm constantly having to pull it back into place. I've never bought a duvet cover that didn't have inner ties so I'm very disappointed that they overlooked this simple detail in an otherwise high quality product.”
