“This is a very effective product especially if you are careful to cut back on carbs. I’ve started with the minimum dose of one capsule three times daily and I’m monitoring blood sugars and adjusting accordingly. I’m not taking any prescription medication at this stage and I have often had readings in the 5 to 6 mmol range.”

“My schedule fluctuates and thus so do meal times. I found it hard to remember to take it 30 minutes after each meal. Perhaps there are those who can schedule things much more succinctly, but trying to remember to take it with me and take it at the right time made it a no-win for me.”
