“I didn’t receive the delivery. In error my order showed delivery to my home address rather than the friend I intended it for. I was on holiday where I could not send or receive emails so even when I realised my mistake I tried to change the order but could not. I could find no way to contact C&S other than email which was not available to me. I texted a neighbour in our block of flats to look out for the delivery and take it herself. However the driver could not contact me and didn’t try neighbours. I see this is my initial error, but it’s frustrating not to be able to ring the company and have a wasted delivery and my friend not receive her gift. I’ve sent her your afternoon tea before and she raved about it!”
