“Delivery was on time but the delivery van was not designed to keep the products cool or chilled. It was a particularly warm day so the cake and afternoon tea set was a bit in the warm soft side.”
“Cake looks as pictured, arrived promptly, in an attractive but simple box. Only 3 stars as the silver cake board had not been wiped properly and was sticky and messy and stained with icing which could no longer be cleaned as the chocolate pools on the top. Not a professional as it could have been.”
