“I had ordered a message to be put on three cake. There was some confusion because when i picked up the cake the message was printed on a note. I could have done that myself or hand written the note. It should be clearer on the website that a personalized message is an extra 5 quid. It really left a bad taste even though the cake was great. It was my wife's bday but no message on the cake itself...”
