“My wife and I decided on this cake for our small wedding just before Christmas. It looked wonderful as it was beautifully simple yet elegant. The cake itself was very flavourful but not too rich so it was ideal with champagne and was enjoyed everyone who had some - in fact we got in trouble for keeping a lot of it for ourselves!”
