“Best vegan birthday cake, it didn't dissapoint. Looked very pretty and taste was also very good. The only thing is the cake didn't hold its shape once the support around it was removed to cut the cake, the whole thing pretty much became like an Eton mess but we had taken all the pics by then so didn't matter too much as all that was left was to eat it!”
