Would have preferred the cream filling on top, as fpund the icing a bit too sweet but a nice tasting cake

As with the Passionfruit And Pistachio Cake, leaving this cake at room temperature improves the taste and shifts its palette with the passage of time. The first slice was so piquantly sharp it sent tangy shockwaves through the jawbone and made the ears sing which mellowed over the days at every tasting. The wildflower-crown faerie-ring around the top was enhanced with ‘cryogenically frozen’ plant specimens beneath the icing frost of the centre in a colourful burst of a stinging spectrum while veiling my confection in a sweetly herbal, musky scent of flavour essence that could only belong of another world.

Lemon drizzle cake was moist and absolutely gorgeous.

Ordered the lemon drizzle cake, but it was more like a lemon sponge. It was also dry. Altogether not worth the premium price tag.
