“We Brought this for a friend as a Thank you they were over the moon and managed to demolish half of it after it arrived. The cake was super tasty and very fresh, and now she is addicted to cutter and Squidge cakes. I’d say that is a resounding success”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for your experience with us didn’t match your expectations this time. We bake our products fresh daily, use all natural ingredients and make product quality a priority. The cake should be served at room temperature at which point the sponge should become light and fluffy and not be dry. We are not sure if you had stored it in the fridge, but this might explain the dry cake layers. “I ordered from Cutter and Squidge for the first time for my birthday. My 4y old son has dairy allergy and I was hoping the dairy free cake would taste like the real thing. The cake was great, unfortunately my son went up in rashes within hours of eating it so there were definitely more than trace amount of allergens in there which is why I had to dock some stars.”
