We are sorry your order didn’t match your expectations this time. We do include details about the sizes of our products in the “Let’s Talk Flavours” section of the product description. The cake should also be served at room temperature at which point the sponge should become light and fluffy and not be dry. Only downfall was that the cake has too much syrup to the point it was leaking from the bottom which made the sponge hard no bounce and also way too sweet. I personally only had a bite of it for my daughters birthday as it was sickly sweet which is a shame as it was quite costly.”
