“I bought this as a replacement for a worn out cover of the same type which gave good service. On the original cover the outer fabric had to be re-glued to the rubbery inside where it was delaminating on several occasions over the years but that was acceptable considering the use. Disappointingly, the new cover is not quite as good as the previous one. The old one had a full perimeter of rubber while the new one has a gap in the rubber almost right across the top face which leaves the aluminium edge of the iPad exposed. The corners are protected but 25mm or so away, where the gap begins, the corners don’t quite sit properly on the iPad edge. An odd product enhancement? I think, for my use, this cover is as good as I have seen - just not quite as good as the original.”
